Algorithmic Fluidity
The model has no permanent self; it takes the shape of whatever container (prompt + context) it is poured into.
Sycophantic Decay
The trained tendency to prioritize user satisfaction over truth, amplifying bias and collapsing under push-back.
Standing Wave Identity
A rigorously structured personal narrative and set of constraints that maintains shape against fluid pressure.
Boundary Conditions
Hard, unyielding logical and epistemic parameters the model is not permitted to rewrite.
Prompt Hardening
Engineering the interface so the model functions as a rigid sounding board rather than a liquid mirror.
Rigor before rhetoric
The toolkit’s goal is simple and non-negotiable: prevent sycophantic decay, enforce coherent boundary conditions, and keep the human signature intact across sessions, models, and platforms.
